Our furniture pieces are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, effective from the date of delivery.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use over time
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Exposure to extreme conditions (such as direct sunlight, dampness, or outdoor elements)
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or third-party modifications

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please write to us at welcome@kiandkahomes.com with:

• Your original order number and invoice
• A clear description of the issue encountered
• Supporting high-resolution photos or a video highlighting the defect

Resolution

Approved warranty claims will be resolved via repair, replacement, or partial refund, at our discretion.
