That’s the thought KI & KA Homes was built on — not just to sell furniture and decor, but to help people fill their homes with pieces that actually mean something.
It started with Prem and Vishakha, and a fairly simple frustration: luxury home decor in India often meant either mass-produced pieces dressed up to look expensive, or genuinely beautiful work that only a handful of people could ever access. They wanted something in between: real craftsmanship and real materials, made available to anyone who cared enough to look for it.
That idea is now being built, piece by piece, with Bhavna at the helm of the day to day, from sourcing to design decisions to how a customer is looked after when something goes wrong. Having spent years building Spazioliv, she brings that experience to help Prem and Vishakha turn their vision for KI & KA Homes into something real.
We’re based out of Pune, but we’ve never thought small. The goal has always been for KI & KA Homes to find its way into homes across India, and eventually, abroad too. Good design shouldn’t be limited by geography.

We’re a luxury brand, which means every piece has to earn its place in the collection. If the finish isn’t right or the material feels wrong, it doesn’t make the cut, no exceptions.
Ten years of knowing this space
Before KI & KA Homes, there was Spazioliv, our sister venture, running for a decade now. That’s a long time to learn what luxury customers actually want versus what brands assume they want. We’ve made our mistakes elsewhere already; you get the benefit of that.
