Made-to-order or custom artisanal pieces may take longer for bespoke finishing and curing, which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of order placement.

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or regional logistical disruptions. We will proactively keep you updated via email or WhatsApp in case of any delay.
