Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, free of charge.
Processing & Production
Once 24 hours have passed and the order has moved into processing or production, it cannot be cancelled, since many of our pieces begin being prepared, sourced, or customized shortly after confirmation.
How to Request Cancellation
To cancel an order within the eligible window, please write to us at welcome@kiandkahomes.com with your order number.
Refund Processing
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within standard bank processing timelines (typically 5–7 business days).
